Morona View Lodge Terms and Conditions
1.0 General Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is 14:00hrs and check-out time is 11:00hrs.
- Rates include transfer and bank charges.
- Rates are quoted and payable only in US$ / TZS Shillings.
- Rates are subject to room availability.
- Rates are per room.
2.0 Child Policy
- 1-3 years: Free of charge.
- 4-11 years: 50% of adult rate.
- 12 years and above: 100% of adult rate.
- Maximum 1 child can share room with two adults.
3.0 Group Leader's Policy
- Morona View Lodge will grant 1 complimentary room to an agent or group leader for groups over 15 pax, which must be requested at time of booking.
4.0 Menu Policy
- Full Board (FB): Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Half Board (HB): Includes dinner and breakfast.
- Bottle of water is free.
- Additional lunchbox: $15.
5.0 Other Special Services
- Maasai boma visit: Free for visitors staying over two nights.
- Special Maasai wedding ceremony: $140 per ceremony.
- Special honeymoon packages available.
- Mto wa Mbu society and market visit: $30.
6.0 Cancellations / Amendment Policy
- Cancellations within 60 days are subject to fees:
- 33-15 days: 50% of the contract rate.
- 14-3 days: 70% of the contract rate.
- 2 days or less / no-show: 100% of the applicable rate.
- All cancellations must be in writing to be valid.
