MORONA VIEW LODGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.0 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Check in time is 14:00hrs and check out time is 11:00hrs.
- Our rates are including transfer and bank charges.
- Rates are quoted and payable only in US$ / TZS shillings.
- Rates are subject to availability of rooms.
- Rates are per room.
2.0 CHILD POLICY
- 1–3 years: Free of charge.
- 4–11 years: 50% of adult rate.
- 12 years and above: 100% of adult rate.
- Maximum 1 child can share room with two adults.
3.0 GROUP LEADER’S POLICY
Morona View Lodge will grant an agent or group leader 1 complimentary room from group over 15 pax which must be requested at the time of booking.
4.0 MENU POLICY
- Full board (FB): Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Half board (HB): Includes dinner and breakfast.
- Bottle of water is free.
- Additional lunchbox $15.
5.0 OTHER SPECIAL SERVICES
- Maasai boma visit is free for visitors who stay over two nights.
- Special Maasai wedding ceremony $140 per ceremony.
- Special honeymoon packages are available.
- Mto wa Mbu society and market visit service $30.
6.0 CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay, or reduced in numbers (here collectively called a CANCELLATION) are subject to cancellation and no-show fees if cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date.
- Between 33 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of contract rate.
- Between 14 and 3 days before arrival: 70% of contract rate.
- 2 days or less before arrival, or guest fails to arrive: 100% of applicable rate.
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
